Feast of St. Angela

On January 27th, the Feast of St. Angela, Ursuline Sisters, guests and residents of St. Angela Merici Residence, gathered at the residence to celebrate the occasion. A large balloon arch greeted the participants as they made their way to the chapel where a Mass, celebrated by Bishop Mark Hagemoen with Fr. Ken Beck as co-celebrant was held.

After Mass, the congregation met in the foyer of the residence where a mural, detailing the history of the Ursuline of Prelate, the previous owners of St. Angela Merici Residence, was to be blessed. Sr. Anne Lewans, congregational leader, gave some historical background before the bishop blessed the mural.

Then all were invited for a wonderful meal and visiting.
